My name is Kim Dede and I am a German Coach and Consultant with profound expertise in female career.
As certified and experienced coach I help people – especially women – to build a career and life that they love.
Promoting and coaching ambitious women is my passion! That’s why I’m currently also writing my PhD thesis about the influencing factors on women’s careers in higher management positions in consulting.
During my studies of business communication in Berlin, Germany, I realized that my heart beats for consulting: Helping people and organizations become a better and happier version of themselves, more agile and innovative as well as people-centered. As a Senior Associate at PwC and other international consulting firms I have gathered experience in consulting organizations for a better future.

I am a trained and certified Professional Coach and Systemic Coach. However, my main goal is to provide the coaching and guidance YOU need! That’s why I’m working with multiple methods and tools.

I’ll bring a tool box of methods to our sessions and together we will decide what methods and techniques work the best for YOU. You are unique and there are no general solutions to your personal challenges. Be it a systemic coaching, a career coaching with concrete next steps or just a deep conversation about your core beliefs and character traits – whatever fits you, is the method we are choosing.
